We are so blessed to have found Vallecito Lake!

It happened on a motor home caravan with our family in 1991. We were taking a "wild west" vacation and after leaving Monument Valley, we decided to come to Colorado. We aked where you can fish and hike, and the folks from Durango told us about Vallecito Lake. That was it for us! We built our home in 1996, and our guest home after the fire of 2002. The land has beautifully recovered, with aspens now abounding on our hillside! I joined the local Coldwell Banker office with Marilyn Lang, the most prominent Realtor in Vallecito, and that's how we saw a real need to professionally manage really great homes.
