- Rates do not include 6.8% lodging tax
- All homes are NON-SMOKING
- All homes have a NO PET policy
- Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Call us if you need a check-in time after 6:00pm
- A 30 day cancellation notice is required for full refund less $30.00 cancellation fee
- There will be an additional charge per person of $10.00 per child, or $20.00 per adult if occupancy requested exceeds the home's normal accomodation of 2 or 4 persons
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking reservation, payable by check or credit card through use of Pay-Pal service
- Balance is due upon check-in payable by major credit card
FROM DURANGO: From the corner of Hwy 160 & 550, go N on 550 1 Blk to College Ave. Turn Rt. Go to 3rd Ave, turn Lft. Follow 3rd Ave to slight Rt where it becomes Florida Rd / CR 240. Follow 240 to CR 501. Turn Lft on CR 501 to continue up to the lake.
